The songs become hybrid, with their mix of tradition and more modern sound and atmosphere. The show that results from all this is enjoyable, flimsy, though never trivial, and it's made of stories, invention, and taste of old and new, with the word taking the spotlight, so charming, amusing and flippant as it is.
