Terrain vague

Jenny Rombai
"Terrain Vague" is a messy intimate show. Ranging from cabaret to punk-rock, rope and motion, it offers intense moments mixing softness and frenzy. Created on the street and for the street, it continously evolves anywhere, any time. After studying, Jenny leaves Munich, her native city, to travel around the world. Between 1997 and 2000 she visits Morocco, Canada, Asia and Australia, where she experienced street theater. Back to Europe, she studies circus and theater for the following year at the "Espace Catastrophe" (Brussels); then she keeps studying in the circus art centers of Toulose, Le Lido (France). Keen on dancing, scene, rope and acrobatics, she attends courses in these fields. She asserts herself as a teacher of the rope, and attends courses and workshops at the ""Espace Catastrophe", "Circo Sentido" and "Scuola Romana di Circo". In 2005 she produces the show "Mad'moiselle", which has been touring all over Italy (Veroli, Orvieto, Crema, and so on). She also collaborated with many projects: - Les Fanfoireux: street show on stilts, rope and fire - 4-month tour with Stoemp Caravan (Les Fanfoireux), one month of which with the circus "Darix Togni" (fire solo show) - Tour in Mexico with the street duo "Los Collucchios" and as player in the "CirkoDemente" - She takes part in the project "Babele", directed by Frienza Guidi - Puppet show, fire, motion and image with "Robert Boudzinc" of the company "Filalapatte" - Founder of the "Imaginaire collectif" in Brussels - Collaboration with "Circo Badin" - 1-month tour with "Cirque Zavatta" - Courses and workshops at the "Espace Catastrophe", "Circo Sentido" and "Scuola Romana di Circo" SUITABLE FOR: ALL
