Artisti in Piazza<\/strong> is a creative, open and in constant ferment ecosystem; pulsating, complex and constantly evolving matter.
\nIt is from this interdependent force that the 29th edition of the Festival was born.<\/p>\n

Each artist, spectator, sound, or gaze is\u00a0autopoiesis<\/em>, which is intended not only as a philosophical and poetic metaphor, but as a concrete guide to thinking about the\u00a0regeneration<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0imagery<\/strong>,\u00a0landscape<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is from this interdependent force that the 29th edition of the Festival was born.

The cultural association Ultimo Punto is happy to announce the XXVIII edition of Artisti in Piazza – Pennabilli Festival, from 13th to 16th June 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A truly significant occasion that celebrates the restart of culture, energy and good vibrations transmitted by art and beauty.<\/p>\n

The Festival<\/h1>\n

Every year, the town of\u00a0Pennabilli<\/strong>\u00a0becomes the capital of art and entertainment\u00a0for audiences from 0 to 100 years old<\/strong>: 50 international companies, 350 repetitions of shows in 4 days, concerts and performances from all over the world. Numerous artistic disciplines performed in the streets, squares, alleys and gardens of the historic center: music performances, theater performances, new circus, walking act, clowning, juggling\u2026
\nPart of the program is dedicated to\u00a0children<\/strong>, who are also given the space of the Orto dei Frutti Dimenticati (creation of maestro Tonino Guerra) within which they can move freely and attend performances or participate in workshops dedicated to them.<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not all: the Festival also hosts the traditional\u00a0Mercatino del solito e dell\u2019insolito<\/strong>\u00a0(Market of the usual and the unusual<\/em>), a market of artistic handicrafts, the result of a careful selection that has matured over the years, and the area of the\u00a0Cucine Erranti<\/strong>\u00a0(Wandering Kitchens<\/em>), which gathers food stands and local restaurateurs offering traditional and ethnic cuisine, snacks, fresh fruit and delicacies.<\/p>\n

In addition, during Artisti in Piazza \u2013 Pennabilli Festival, the usual programming will be flanked by in-depth broadcasts on\u00a0Cosmic Fringe Radio<\/strong><\/a>, the nonprofit webradio created by the Ultimo Punto Cultural Association, which aims to promote fringe music and culture.<\/p>\n

The broadcasts are hosted by artists and special guests, with live highlights from each edition, interviews with participants and more. A chance to further spread the festival vibes and comment together on the performances of the various editions!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text]

The APPLICATION FORM for the 2026 edition in now OPEN<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In 2026 we will celebrate the\u00a0Festival\u2019s 30th anniversary<\/strong>: to mark this milestone, the artistic direction is preparing a\u00a0special lineup, already defined<\/strong>, inviting long-standing companies, friends of the Festival, and planning a number of surprises.
For this reason, for the 2026 edition we will accept applications\u00a0exclusively<\/strong>\u00a0for the OFF section.<\/p>\n
