The groups we select receive either travel expenses or an agreed fee, as well as food and accommodation during the festival.<\/p>\n
When we have used up this year’s budget for shows we close the official programme and start devising the timetable of shows.
\nUsually at this point there are still some good slots remaining for shows, and we allocate those among the artists that we categorise as “OFF’.
\nThese “OFF” artists don’t receive travel expenses or fees, but we do guarantee them accommodation and food during the festival, and the same prominence in the festival programme and schedule as the official companies.<\/p>\n
Registration open in December 1st 2021<\/strong> and will close on february 28th 2022<\/strong>. All submitted material will be reviewed and selected<\/strong> by the artistic team of Artisti in Piazza. What is an OFF performance?<\/strong><\/p>\n An OFF company is included in the programme but does not receive any fee from the organisation, but is allowed to busk.
\nWe finish the programming by April 30th, but we will let you know as soon as possible if you will be part of the 2022 festival program.<\/p>\n

For this reason, for the 2026 edition we will accept applications exclusively<\/strong> for the OFF section.<\/p>\n
For organisational reasons, we cannot guarantee participation to everyone who applies.<\/p>\n
However, OFF companies are guaranteed meals, accommodation, technical support and visibility within the Festival, under the same conditions as the official companies.<\/p>\n
