Artes Gato Negro

Artes Gato Negro, based in Palmira, Valle del Cauca, is a group dedicated to puppet theater, library processes, and cultural management, both nationally and internationally. Over the past 15 years, it has developed various sociocultural projects benefiting children and families in Colombia and around the world, contributing to the construction of peaceful and healthy environments through art. 
Throughout its history, it has participated in important international events and festivals in Italy, Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, and Peru. Their artistic work includes workshops on artistic training, audiovisual productions and video clips, the creation of more than 15 plays and puppet shows, the publication of texts for puppet theater, and research into the history of puppet theater in Palmira. 

Reminiscencias. Monologo para la muerte is a puppet show that tells the story of the final days of Flor, an elderly pig who loves her daughter and, before leaving, wishes to teach Margarita the importance of loving and living life in every moment.
