During the Festival, some locations such as the Orto dei Frutti Dimenticati and Parco Begni turn into places of gathering and sharing thanks to a wide range of workshops for all ages, including acrobatics, balance, juggling, music and much more.

THE BODY GIVES WARMTH IN MOTION

A space dedicated to listening to the body and to relationship through movement. A morning moment to land, breathe and connect with oneself and with others through somatic and sensitive practices. Movement becomes encounter, generating shared dynamics and moments of collective dance. The workshop includes practices involving physical contact.

TAKE FLIGHT with Acroyoga

A special way to meet and experience mutual trust, listening and connection through acroyoga. An engaging group activity that combines yoga practice with simple acrobatic elements, creating a space to play, collaborate and rediscover the pleasure of shared movement. Open both to those who already practise this discipline and to those who wish to approach it for the first time.

BODIES THAT TAKE SPACE • Introduction to Voguing and Ballroom Language

A workshop introducing vogue as an artistic, political and community practice. During this workshop we will explore some elements of vogue and ballroom culture (born in New York within African American and Latin communities), which through lines, poses, rhythm and presence created a space of expression, affirmation and freedom that continues to inspire people all over the world. The session will be an opportunity to experiment, play with your stage presence and discover new ways of expressing yourself through the body.

FLOWER HAMMERING • Botanical printing on fabric

When: Sunday 14 June | from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm

Discover the magic of printing flowers and leaves directly onto fabric through this ancient technique. Using fresh plants and simple tools, each participant will create a unique tote bag decorated with the shapes and colours of nature.

No artistic skills are required: every creation will be different and one of a kind.

BALANCE IS A WAY OF LIFE

A small taste of the world of slackline: different lengths and difficulty levels designed to meet the needs of both beginners and those who already practise. We will try to guide you on this journey in search of balance, proprioception and mind-body synergy.

JUST SING

PLAY, RHYTHM AND SPACE • Juggling workshop

Juggling is a shared practice of skills and exploration suitable for all ages, encouraging the development of psychomotor abilities and coordination between the two hemispheres of the brain, while improving reflexes and balance.

For everyone who wants to challenge themselves: the workshop adapts to the level of each participant and guides them step by step in discovering circus disciplines.

Saturday 13 June will include a final demonstration by the students of the Fabrèc de Circ school.

AERIAL

Thanks to this workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience the sensation of flying and to release tension through aerial silks, rope, trapeze and hoop.

CHINESE POLE

To experience climbs and descents, tricks and basic techniques through Chinese pole, one of the most widespread balance apparatuses in the world.

For all courses:

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning from 11.00 am to 12.00 pm we invite you to a one-hour creative writing workshop with writer Valentina Galli. It is an open and undemanding form of self-discovery through writing. The workshop will take place in the garden of Tonino Guerra’s House of Almond Trees.
