Oltrenotte is a dance company based in the city of Cagliari, under the artistic direction of dancer and choreographer Lupa Maimone, known for her multidisciplinary creations, and Riccardo Serra, lighting technician.
Oltrenotte blends the languages of contemporary dance with gesture-based performance, granting objects a semantic power that opens up dreamlike territories and narrative pathways. With a strong authorial imprint, the company is devoted to producing works that intertwine different performing arts in an original artistic fusion, projecting its vision towards an international stage format.

Finzioni (work in progress), choreographed by Lupa Maimone, is a project that explores choreographic language at the intersection of dance and puppetry, where the body, in constant transformation, gives life to shifting figures and nonlinear situations.
The choreography breaks down into a series of disconnected moments, dreamlike sequences that, taken together, build a surreal universe. Each scene, like a fragment of a dream, unfolds according to its own inner logic, where body and environment distort and reshape.
Every gesture is a small fiction that forms and dissolves, like a game of deception and revelation: between being and seeming, the body fractures, reassembles, and transforms.
