Apparitions for Accordion Solo is a proposal conceived for intimate, walk-through spaces, where music can enter into direct relationship with the setting, the landscape, and the people. The accordion and the voice inhabit a precise spot — a slope, a garden, a passageway, a threshold — allowing different kinds of music to emerge each time: improvisations, folk echoes, melodic fragments, repetitions, tensions, silences, and sudden openings.

This is not a performance built around theatrical action, but rather a sonic presence capable of slowly transforming a place into an experience, an atmosphere, an open narrative. Those who listen may stop for a few minutes or remain for the entire passage, allowing themselves to be guided by images, memories, and personal visions. The voice enters as living, human matter: song, breath, harmonics, distant calls. The accordion, in turn, moves constantly between intimacy and evocative force, maintaining a deeply human and popular root even in its freest and most improvised moments.

Over the years, this personal path has also found recognition in the recent solo recording project Fly My Soul and in participation as a solo accordionist at the Cyprus International Accordion Festival. The proposal can take place entirely acoustically or with minimal, discreet self-managed amplification, always in respect of the atmosphere of the place and of shared listening.
