The RiCiclo Pedal-Powered Carousel project was born from a focus on ecology and social values, with a zero-impact approach. It offers a simple and genuine experience of play and interaction for children aged 2 to 10, standing in contrast to the pace and devices of modern life, with the aim of raising awareness among both children and adults about respect for the environment.
The eco-carousel, made up of eight black horses created from recycled materials, works without a motor and is powered entirely by pedals. The carousel operator, riding the bicycle placed at the centre of the structure, sets it in motion while engaging the young riders with games and entertainment along the way, making them the protagonists of a fantastic ride. It is a journey back to the simplicity of gestures, capable of inspiring wonder even in adults, who remain enchanted as they watch.
