Kalabazi tells the story of a young woman who wants to get married. But not to just anyone! So she organises a love contest to find out who, among the audience, might become the chosen one. As if by magic, two spectators find themselves taking part in a series of challenges, and then she seduces them by performing acrobatics on her yellow bicycle and speaking backwards. Who will be the winner?
This show, which skilfully blends clowning and circus, takes the audience on an emotional journey filled with uproarious laughter and moments of pure poetry.

Tita8lou, a company from Switzerland, has been creating circus, theatre, and clown performances since 2007, staging its work under big tops, at street festivals, and in theatres. The company travels all over the world, creating live performances centred on spoken languages and emotions… a universal human trait. Kalabazi has been performed in more than 1,300 shows across 33 countries. Miss Margherita, an ode to Italy, has been touring since 2020. In 2025, the company created a new production, Siku, dedicated to the discovery of the North Pole and the Inuit.
