Poubelle is a little garbage bag who has always dreamed of being a star — but how can one escape the destiny of things? A garbage bag is, and will always be, a garbage bag. In this highly comic and barely tragic tragicomedy, Poubelle will come to accept his fate without ever giving up, because he knows that in life, if you miss the train, there will always be another garbage truck to pick you up.

Based in Barcelona, Zero en Conducta was founded in 2011 with the intention of exploring the expressive potential of the different performing arts linked to movement. Their research focuses on combining corporeal mime, dance, puppetry, and physical and visual theatre in general.
After the 2012 debut of Nymio, a digital theatre piece that won three international awards, and with Julieta Gascón joining the company in direction, dramaturgy, and performance, the company presented Allegro ma non troppo in 2014, receiving five international recognitions.
With this production, they defined their artistic identity and consolidated their national and international presence. In February 2016, they premiered La Dernière Danse de Brigitte at the Ateneu Popular Nou Barris in Barcelona: with this mid-scale production, which received six awards, David Maqueda joined the team. In 2018, they presented Trashhh!!! (3 awards) and Eh Man He (a further 6 recognitions), with which they brought their vision of visual theatre around the world and expanded their artistic family. La Phazz is their sixth production, which enjoyed great success in Poland, where it received four recognitions, including Best Performance awarded by the Polish Theatre Association. Alongside these projects, the company has built up numerous artistic collaborations, including Ma Solitud by Guillem Albà, ROB and CAOS by Abast Teatre, Volov by the TQM collective, Tabula by Les Cícliques, Nozing by UAL·LA… Zero en Conducta is also active in training, especially through workshops at festivals, educational centres, and alternative spaces, and in cinema, where they have produced two short films distributed internationally, one of which was nominated for the Goya Awards. La Tormenta is the company’s latest project, a production that at its premiere won the award for Best Puppet Show at the FETÉN Fair, as well as a Special Jury Mention at the Mostra d’Igualada.
